Course Description

Marching orders have been given to training functions in all military branches:

1. Ensure that training, reinforcement, and evaluation are cost-effective
2. Utilize current resources as fully as possible
3. Demonstrate the mission value of training investments

Most have also been asked to implement the Kirkpatrick Model and show the value of training on all four levels. Few training functions have yet to leverage the power of the complete model.

This webinar will provide an overview of the New World Kirkpatrick Model directly from its creator. Military-specific concepts of actionable intelligence, force multipliers and bright spots will be incorporated.

Military examples will be used throughout this content-packed event to show how to apply the Kirkpatrick Model to your training-related initiatives.

Don Kirkpatrick, WWII army vet, will provide a live call to action during the event.

This is part 1 of a two-part webinar series designed specifically for the U.S. military training functions. Part 2 will feature military training professionals sharing their own experiences and best practices.

Dr. Jim Kirkpatrick is a Senior Consultant with Kirkpatrick Partners.

He conducts workshops and consults on topics including building a business partnership model, evaluation, and balanced scorecards for top organizations all over the world.

Jim has co-authored three books on evaluation with his father, Don. He has co-authored two books on the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Model with his wife, Wendy.

Jim is known for his open, friendly facilitation style. His classes offer an opportunity for all participants to share their experiences and learn from each other in a comfortable environment.
